Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate collagen and elastin production, promoting smoother, firmer, and more even-toned skin.

Yes, Microneedling is generally safe for all skin types and tones. However, a consultation is recommended to ensure it’s the right choice for your specific skin concerns and to customize the treatment settings for your skin. 

The number of sessions varies based on individual goals. For general skin rejuvenation, 3–4 treatments are typically recommended, while deeper acne scars or more advanced signs of aging may require 4–6 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. 

During the treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. The device is then gently rolled over your skin, creating micro-injuries. Most clients experience a mild tingling sensation, and the procedure usually takes 30–45 minutes. 

There is minimal downtime with Microneedling. You may experience redness similar to a mild sunburn for 1–3 days. Slight peeling or flaking may also occur. Avoiding direct sun exposure and following aftercare instructions is important for optimal healing. 

After Microneedling, your skin will be more sensitive. For best results:

• Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 30+ daily
• Use gentle, hydrating skincare products
• Avoid makeup and exfoliants for 24–48 hours post-treatment
• Stay hydrated to support the healing process

Initial results can be seen within a week, as skin looks plumper and more radiant. However, full results appear over several weeks as collagen production continues, and improvements can last for months.
